警告：對工具進行維護保養前，必須將工具的電源切斷 

1、 保持工具完整，清潔。通風口暢通，及時給工具添加潤滑油。 
2、 經常檢查電源線，電源插頭，開關是否良好；鉆頭是否鋒利等。如有故障或部件損壞，請專門人員進行修理或更換部件。 
3、工具使用后，要及時保養。外殼臟了以后，可用柔軟的布擦拭，不可使用溶劑，如汽油，酒精，四氯化碳，氨水等，否則會損壞部件。 
4、不要使電源線接觸熱源，油脂。防止電源線擦破，割破軋壞。 
5、工具不用時，應放在干燥，清潔和無腐蝕氣體的環境中。如工具損壞，要送指定的修理部修理。錯用工具或由非專業人員修理工具所發生的任何損壞，均不屬于三包范圍。 
注意事項 
1、使用環境條件：（1）海拔不超過1000m;（2）環境空氣溫度不超過40℃，（3）空氣相對濕度不超過90%(25℃)； 
2、操作前要可靠接地，工作場所必須保持清潔，穿戴絕緣手套、膠底鞋、防護鏡，不可讓工具被雨淋； 
3、外部電源電壓與額定電壓波動不大于5%； 
4、系好安全帶，以免突然斷電工具失去磁性，造成事故； 
5、長期停用的電鉆，使用前必須先檢查其絕緣電阻是否大于2MΩ。若達不到，必須進行干燥處理，直至其絕緣電阻大于2MΩ后方可使用； 
6、操作時，吸盤必須置于牢固且足夠大的平面和厚度的鋼板構件上（鋼板厚度不低于12mm），以保證其有足夠的穩固性； 
7、在弱磁性材料上作業（銅、鋁、非金屬等）則必須加裝鋼板輔助基面； 
8、請按規定使用速率操作機器，勿讓其超負荷，可達到最佳工作效率并提高工作安全； 
9、電磁鐵長時間工作后，應斷開電磁鐵電源開關，以降低其溫度，然后再繼續工作； 
10、維修及更換零部件或附件時，務必斷開電源（直接拔出機器的電源插頭）； 
11、發生機械故障時，必須由專業人員進行檢查、維修，否則可能會給操作者帶來危險； 
12、細心地保養磁力鉆，并及時更換合適的配件，定期檢查，并妥善地放于干燥且兒童無法取得之處。工作時，更不要讓兒童觸摸工具和延伸線； 
13、吸盤不可接觸尖銳的金屬、砂石等，以免影響吸盤底部的平整度及碰傷吸盤底部的線圈而發生危險； 
14、導板、齒輪的機械摩擦部位應適時添加潤滑油，防銹防呆； 
15、不要與腐蝕性氣體及酸堿等化學物質接觸。
